Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Service provider

RoMarketing is currently operated as a sole proprietorship by Wis, who is the authorized representative for the service during the period before the planned Wyoming LLC is formally constituted. The legal entity and business details may be updated when the formal entity is established.

2. Services and scope

RoMarketing provides managed gaming growth services according to the weekly plan selected at checkout. Deliverables are governed by the plan description, the client brief, available assets, approvals, and the execution requirements communicated during onboarding.

A weekly deliverable includes one round of revisions, where one round means up to two revision passes. Changes that contradict the original brief, introduce materially new requirements, or exceed the included revision allowance may be scheduled or quoted as out-of-scope work.

3. Weekly delivery commitment / Blind Trust System

The Blind Trust System provides an on-time execution commitment for eligible weekly deliverables. The seven-day delivery clock begins only after RoMarketing receives the complete onboarding brief and all assets reasonably required to perform the agreed work, including applicable game access, source material, logos, scripts, specifications, and approvals.

If required client assets, information, access, feedback, or approvals are delayed, the delivery clock is paused automatically and resumes when the required inputs are available. Delays caused by third-party platforms, creator availability, force majeure, or client changes outside the original brief are not treated as RoMarketing delivery failures.

If RoMarketing fails to deliver an eligible weekly deliverable within the applicable seven-day window despite receiving the required client inputs on time, the remedy is the following week of the affected recurring service at no charge. This guarantee does not guarantee views, players, CCU, revenue, ROI, ROAS, retention, or other performance outcomes.

4. Creator Boost add-ons

Creator Boost add-ons are one-time campaign coordination and placement services priced by creator audience tier. The tiers describe the creator category and do not guarantee impressions, views, clicks, player counts, CCU, revenue, ROI, or any other campaign result.

Creator availability is subject to outreach response, scheduling, commercial terms, and creator acceptance. If a contacted creator rejects the campaign or does not respond within 72 hours, RoMarketing will offer the client an alternative channel of equivalent tier, or the client may choose a refund or account credit for that specific Creator Boost add-on.

Creator campaign timing is confirmed separately from the weekly service schedule because publication depends on the selected creator and third-party availability.

5. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Starter ($49/week), Basic ($299/week), and Pro Scale ($599/week) are recurring weekly subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. Creator Boost add-ons are one-time charges associated with the initial checkout and are not recurring unless expressly stated otherwise.

Clients may cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing cycle using the cancellation controls made available by Stripe for the subscription, or by contacting RoMarketing support if those controls are not available. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it does not automatically reverse charges for work already delivered or already in production.

Services that have already been delivered or are already in production are non-refundable. The Blind Trust System remedy described above applies only when its eligibility requirements are met.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely assets, required access, necessary permissions, approvals, and lawful content. RoMarketing is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate client inputs.

7. No signup required

RoMarketing does not require a website account, username, or password to purchase a service. Checkout uses the client email and Stripe payment infrastructure.

8. Ownership of deliverables

Ownership of the work produced for you, the handling of third-party and creator assets, and the limited rights RoMarketing retains are governed by the License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Contact
