Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information?

RoMarketing is currently operated as a sole proprietorship by Wis. Until the planned Wyoming LLC is formally constituted, Wis is the responsible operator for the RoMarketing service and its customer communications.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with RoMarketing, we may receive your email address, name or studio information that you voluntarily provide, project briefs, service requirements, support messages, Discord ticket information, and information needed to deliver your selected service.

Payment card details are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. RoMarketing does not store full payment card numbers.

Our infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser/request metadata, security logs, and basic operational logs needed to protect and operate the website and APIs.

3. How we use information

We use information to process purchases, communicate with customers, deliver and coordinate services, handle support and billing requests, administer Creator Boost campaigns, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain business records, operate our website and infrastructure, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate RoMarketing and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Current service providers and platforms may include:

  • Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, fraud prevention, and related billing infrastructure.
  • Vercel — website hosting and application infrastructure when RoMarketing is deployed through Vercel.
  • Google / Gmail — the temporary centralized mailbox at assistant.romarketing@gmail.com for support, billing, disputes, privacy requests, and operational communication.
  • Discord — support and freelancer-interest tickets when you voluntarily use the official RoMarketing Discord server.
  • Professional advisers or authorities — where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, disputes, security, or protection of rights.

We do not sell personal information as part of normal RoMarketing operations.

5. Cookies and tracking

RoMarketing does not require an account or persistent login token for checkout. We may use essential technical storage or request metadata for security and normal website operation. Any future analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking will be documented and updated in this policy before being used where required by applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounting and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other handling of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Send privacy requests to assistant.romarketing@gmail.com.

8. Updates

We may update this policy when our services, providers, legal obligations, or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
